Can working with a tabulation really be fun? With our tables and smart features – absolutely!
Take a virtual tour to explore for yourself. To see the illustrations, click on words highlighted in bold; the data is imaginary, and the table’s appearance is adapted to the corporate identity of a make-belief research agency.
- The table is clearly structured and easy to work with, with data arranged in columns. In addition to the frequency analysis in absolute and percentage values, different parameters of the central tendency and dispersion are reported. Significance calculations are performed by default as well. Dozens of other parameters can be integrated as needed.
- A hyperlinked table of contents allows you to immediately jump to any question – providing quick navigation with no tedious scrolling. Similar functionality is also used for filters, to aid you in quickly checking them.
- Batteries of questions are supplemented with overviews, allowing you to quickly grasp the overarching tendencies, and saving you time when creating charts.
- All the most important parts of the table – overviews, overcodes in open-ended questions, filters, remarks, etc. – are color coded and highlighted to immediately catch the eye.
- For brand-name recognizability, elements of your corporate style (logo, colors, fonts, etc.) are incorporated right into the table. Thus, the tabulation becomes not just a mere report, but a marketing tool as well.
- To facilitate subsequent charting, the data is displayed in an additional sheet in a format specifically designed to generate PowerPoint charts (i.e. combined and rotated by 90 degrees). This is especially useful and time-saving for earlier versions of PowerPoint (estimated time-saving of about 15-20% in creating charts).
- Basic functions such as filtering and splitting of the data, creation of cross-breaks, sorting, weighting, etc. are all self-evident.
Below you can take a look at a sample table in the output format of your choice: in Excel, same as output tables are normally presented (note however the red exclamation mark for comments; navigation via hyperlinks is possible in Excel 2007 and higher), or as a PDF file (not commented and without additional functions).
